The Lost and Found for NSU Libraries is located at the circulation desks near the north entrance on the 1st floor of the Tahlequah library and near the main entrance on the 2nd floor of the Broken Arrow library.
To claim a lost item, provide a staff member with a description of the item and where you believe you may have lost it. The staff member will then check the library's Lost and Found log as well as the items currently held in our Lost and Found. Should the item still be missing, you may provide your name, contact information, and an item description to the NSU staff member to add to the Lost and Found log. You will then be contacted should the item be found at a later date.
In the case of items considered valuable or containing personal information, such as phones, credit cards, or personal identification cards, the library provides the item to campus police shortly after finding them. On the Broken Arrow campus, lost NSU Student IDs may also be given to the Business Office.
NSU Libraries does not keep items considered to be perishable, such as food or soda cans. However, containers such as lunch boxes or reusable water bottles are kept in the Lost and Found.
