The NSU Libraries have several laptops available for NSU students to check out. However, due to the cost of these laptops, there are specific rules for checking them out.
Student laptops are available at the NSU Tahlequah library at the North circulation desk. If a student wishes to check out a laptop, they must first sign a Laptop and Portable Charging Station Borrowing Form and re-sign it each semester they intend to check out a laptop. A copy of the form is available to view under the 'Computers in the Library' section at https://library.nsuok.edu/services/index.
Once the student has signed a Laptop and Portable Charging Station Borrowing Form for the semester, a laptop will be checked out to them. Laptops can be checked out for a period of 1 month before they must be returned. The student will also receive a charging cord and laptop case, and may request a computer mouse. Before leaving the circulation desk, the student should log into the laptop to ensure the device is functioning properly and connects to WiFi.
The Broken Arrow campus library also have laptops available. Faculty/Staff can check these out at any time. Students should reach out for availability and terms of use.
